What: You may be wondering, what exactly is shared branching? It is a system we have joined to make the credit union more easily accessible for you. With this system, you will be able to go to many different credit union sites throughout the valley, state, and across the nation to complete your MSFFCU transactions.

When: RIGHT NOW! This system became operational September 18, 2006.

Why: We want to be your full service financial institution! Although costly, we think shared branching is worth it if it makes your experience with the credit union better, easier, and more convenient.

How: How does this affect you? The main impact will be increased convenience. If you’re on vacation, deciding to move, or even just want to do your banking a little closer to home, the convenient locations across the nation will enable you to transact your business virtually anywhere!

***What you MUST have to use this service***
You will need to give the teller at the CU Service Center location the following info:
° The FULL name of your credit union - Maricopa Santa Fe Federal Credit Union
° Your account number - you need to know it, because the teller cannot give it to you
° A current, un-expired VALID U.S. Government issued picture identification with signature - such as a driver’s license or passport (see www.cuswirl.com for a complete list of possible IDs)

It is very important that you keep receipts from shared branching transactions. On the unlikely chance that there is a problem, these receipts are required to do a dispute.
